We understand you’re busy and need your loan process to be quick and easy.

Most of our clients enjoy the use of technology to simplify and expedite their loan process.  However, some folks enjoy a more interactive experience.  We are excited to offer our Arizona customers a special in-person full service treatment.  One of our licensed mortgage professionals will travel to your home (or other preferred location) to personally walk you through the loan disclosures, needed documents and loan process.   

Our corporate office is located in Tempe and we also invite you to stop by and meet our team.  We will introduce you to each team member who will be handling your refinance from start to finish. 

Whether in our home or yours, via phone or email, we will ALWAYS make ourselves available to you.

 

 

  SCORE A FREE APPRAISAL WITH HFG  

HFG is pleased to offer an appraisal special on all HFG mortgage transactions.  If you order an appraisal between March 6, 2014 and March 31, 2014 and you close your loan with HFG by June 30, 2014, HFG will reimburse you the cost of your appraisal fee up to a total of $500!

*This is not an offer or commitment to lend.   At the time of refinance, customer must qualify per full credit/underwriting/value guidelines.  Borrower will pay out of pocket for the appraisal which must be ordered from a HFG approved Appraisal Management Company and the fee is non-refundable.   The customer must close the loan in order to qualify for reimbursement.   Reimbursement will be completed as a credit on the settlement statement through the escrowed loan closing.  Amount of credit is the lesser of the actual cost of the appraisal or $500.

  HFG DOESN'T HOLD YOUR APPRAISAL HOSTAGE  

Worried about needing to use your appraisal with another lender?  HFG will not hold your appraisal hostage!  HFG orders all appraisals in accordance with the Appraiser Independence Requirements ("AIR") required by Fannie and Freddie.  AIR allows for appraisal transfers.  When requested, HFG will provide a Appraisal Release Letter that includes a representation that the appraisal was obtained in compliance with AIR.  We have found that since Fannie and Freddie permit the transfer of appraisals, many lenders will accept our appraisal with AIR compliance certification.

*If HFG is unable to complete your loan transaction and you would like to transfer your appraisal to another lender, email your request to compliance@hfglending.com and we will prepare and deliver the Appraisal Release Letter.  

 

 

  CUSTOMER FOR LIFE  

HFG wants you as a Customer for Life!  If you refinance now and interest rates drop in the future, we will pay most of your closing costs to refinance to take advantage of the lower rates.

Simply close a loan with HFG, and if you refinance again with us for any reason in the next 10 years (180 days after the close of your original loan with us), you are covered by our Customer for Life program.

The Customer for Life program covers all closing costs listed below.  Any additional closing costs are the responsibility of the borrower.

To qualify for the HFG Customer for Life program you must close a loan with HFG after January 1, 2014.  Then, when  you refinance that loan by closing a new mortgage loan with us during the time frame that is 180 days after close to 180 months after close, HFG will pay the closing costs listed above.

*Program available for refinance mortgages only and valid once per mortgage with same property address.  At the time of refinance, customer must qualify per full credit/underwriting guidelines.  In order to take advantage of this program you must apply through compliance@hfglending.com.
